For independent food producers, Casamiam provides a platform to directly sell their products without any commissions. They can easily publish their offerings, create their own online store, and engage in direct conversations with their customers. This empowers producers to showcase their high-quality, seasonal, and authentic products, ensuring they receive fair value for their hard work.
Casamiam not only benefits individuals but also has a positive environmental impact. By consuming locally produced food, the carbon footprint is reduced through decreased transportation and plastic usage. Additionally, it helps to combat food waste, as approximately 50% of produced food goes unconsumed.
